Reservations and Deposits

Our fluffy friends find new homes through a straightforward process: those who express interest first get priority. To officially claim a specific bunny, a partial commitment payment is needed. You can, if you prefer, settle the entire cost upfront, or just half when you reserve, with the rest payable in cash, PayPal or CashApp when you collect your new companion.

Your commitment payment is generally non-refundable. Should a rare and unfortunate event occur, and a bunny under our watch passes, we’ll arrange for you to select another of equal worth, issue a credit for a future adoption, or fully refund your deposit.

Without this initial commitment payment, your chosen bunny remains available to others, and the fastest to act will get the pick.

Right to Cancel Sale

We reserve the right to decline a sale to any individual, for any reason, without explanation. Similarly, we may need to cancel a reservation under certain circumstances. If we do so, any deposit you’ve made will be fully refunded without delay.

Boarding Time

All purchased rabbits can be boarded for up to one week after their published available date at no additional charge. Rabbits not transported within the free week can be boarded for $8 per day for up to an additional week. If arrangements have not been made within two weeks of their available date, the purchased rabbits will be sold to the next available interested customer and the deposit will be forfeited.

Return Policy

All sales are final. However, if for any reason you are unable to care for your rabbit, please do not release it into the wild or take it to a shelter. We are unable to offer any refunds, but we will be happy to try to find your companion another home.

Health Guarantee

Our top priority is ensuring the health and well-being of our bunnies. Each one receives meticulous care before joining its new family. We conduct thorough health checks and only release bunnies in tip-top shape. Our commitment to quality has earned us a strong reputation. However, once a bunny leaves our care, its health and happiness become the responsibility of its new owner. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds.

To show our commitment to the long-term well-being of our bunnies, we’re offering an extended assurance of their genetic health for the first year. This means we’ll stand behind their inherent constitution. However, it’s vital to recognize that some health challenges, like digestive upsets, parasitic infections, or respiratory ailments, are influenced by many factors outside of our control after they leave our care. These kinds of issues, while certainly concerning, fall outside the scope of this particular assurance.

If you suspect a genetic health issue within the first year, we’ll need a formal letter from a specialist in unique animal care – they’re the only ones who can provide the necessary details. We may also have a quick chat with their office to confirm everything. While we won’t be able to give back your initial payment or any travel expenses, we’re happy to help you choose a new companion when the time is right.

Conditions such as bloat, G.I. stasis, coccidiosis, internal or external parasites, snuffles or other non-genetic conditions are NOT covered under this guarantee.

Our rabbit family thrives in a tranquil, secluded environment. To safeguard their well-being and prevent the introduction of outside influences, we maintain a private space, off-limits to casual visits. This decision, while perhaps appearing overly cautious, is rooted in our commitment to providing you with the most robust, vibrant companions. We prioritize the health and security of our animals, our family, and our homestead. By minimizing external contact, we create a sanctuary where our bunnies can flourish, ensuring you receive a truly exceptional rabbit.
